Congratulations, Dr. Miles!

The Laboratory for Energy and Organizations is celebrating the successful Engineering and Public Policy PhD defense of Jillian Miles! Her dissertation entitled "Workforce Resilience in the Energy Transition: Local Labor Market Implications of Industrial Decarbonization and Emerging Industries," demonstrates the importance of using local labor force data and metrics to illuminate tradeoffs and empower communities to pursue economic growth and resilient, decarbonized energy systems.
